Return and Refund Policy

Thank you for choosing CarplayCube. Please ensure your vehicle has an appropriate installation location before purchase. Having an installation spot is important, thank you. Also, vehicles with Bluetooth offer the best experience, although AUX-Bluetooth and FM-Bluetooth adapters are available as optional accessories.

Our Goal

Our goal is to ensure your satisfaction. If you encounter any issues at the time of purchase, please contact us at contact@CarplayCube.com. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can exchange or receive a full refund, but you must obtain return authorization from CarplayCube.

14-Day Refund Period

All buyers are supported to exchange or refund within 14 days from the date of purchase. We will send you an audit form, which also helps us to identify the reason for the refund and what aspects of the product you are dissatisfied with, so we can optimize these shortcomings. Thank you for your cooperation.

Refunds

All refunds will be made in the same manner as the original payment to the customer. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Order Cancellation

If you contact us within 24 hours after purchase, we can cancel your order. If your payment has been completed but the package has not yet shipped, you can cancel the order before the goods are dispatched. We will refund your money in full. Once the package has been dispatched, the order cannot be cancelled.

Return Instructions

Contact our customer service for further guidance. Once we have reviewed your return feedback form, we will send you detailed instructions on how and where to send your package. Items returned without prior application will not be accepted. We do not accept unilateral returns! Please contact us at contact@CarplayCube.com

Please note, securely package all items and affix the return label on the outside of the parcel. After packaging, send us a photo of the parcel with the tracking number. We will review the returned package within three days of receipt. If everything is confirmed to be in order, we will process your refund.

Any shipping costs incurred during the return process are the responsibility of the customer.

1-Year Warranty

All our products come with a 1-year comprehensive warranty for the original purchaser from the manufacturer. The manufacturer’s warranty covers the repair or replacement of defective parts.

Limitation of Liability

The warranty does not cover misuse, unauthorized modifications, external causes such as natural disasters or transport hazards, or damage caused by accidents, misuse, or abuse of the product. The warranty also does not cover normal wear and tear or any damage related to non-CarplayCube products.
